When designing Naiise’s latest iconic retail concept store at Jewel Changi Airport, the design team knew that they needed something more than the regular aluminium racking system used in most retail stores. Due to the need of something that is stand-alone and can be reconfigured easily, Cafim Kali pole system wardrobe from Italy was selected for the store’s apparel section.

Being a highly customisable system, the configuration has been designed and built according to the retailer’s display requirement which is organised into HIS and HERS sections. Dedicated shelves at specific heights were built to display ladies’ bags; and pull-out drawers with compartments were made to showcase men’s ties and coat scarves. Almost all display requirements can be met easily with the same wardrobe system.

Within a retail store, displays have to be refreshed regularly to best present the latest products and collections. Due to the flexibility in the wardrobe design, the retailer was able to easily change the hanging rods and shelf positions as and when they need to.
